2. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the website, as well as the purchase of products and services offered by ZENAERO.

These conditions apply to all visitors, consumers and business customers purchasing through the website.

3. Products

ZENAERO offers ventilation filters, MVHR filters, replacement filters, custom-made filters, accessories and related products.

Product images, descriptions, specifications and technical information are provided for informational purposes only. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, technical changes, errors or omissions may occasionally occur.

ZENAERO reserves the right to modify, update or discontinue any product without prior notice.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are shown in Euro (€).

Unless otherwise stated, prices include applicable VAT in accordance with current legislation.

Shipping charges, customs duties and other applicable fees will be displayed separately during checkout where applicable.

ZENAERO reserves the right to change prices at any time. Such changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Orders

Submitting an order through the website constitutes an offer to purchase products from ZENAERO.

An automated order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order.

An order is considered accepted only when ZENAERO explicitly confirms the order or dispatches the purchased products.

ZENAERO reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order in cases of product unavailability, pricing errors, technical issues, suspected fraud or other reasonable circumstances.

6. Customer Accounts

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted through their accounts.

7. Payments

Transactions are processed through specialized payment service providers. ZENAERO does not store complete payment card information on its own servers.

8. Shipping

Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout.

Delivery times displayed on the website are estimates and should not be considered guaranteed delivery commitments.

Delays caused by carriers, manufacturers, suppliers, customs authorities, weather conditions, strikes or force majeure events shall not be attributable to ZENAERO.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

Customers should inspect the package upon delivery. If the package shows visible damage, customers should report the issue to the carrier and document the condition of the shipment where possible.

9. Standard Filters and Custom-Made Filters

ZENAERO offers both standard catalogue products and custom-made filters manufactured according to customer-provided dimensions and specifications.

Customers are responsible for verifying dimensions, compatibility, ventilation unit models and technical specifications before placing an order.

Standard Filters

Standard catalogue products may be returned in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, provided they have not been used, installed, modified or damaged and are returned in their original condition whenever possible.

Custom-Made Filters

Filters manufactured according to customer-supplied dimensions, specifications or configurations are considered personalized products.

For custom-made filters, a manufacturing tolerance of up to ±1 mm in dimensions may apply. Such tolerance is considered acceptable and does not constitute a product defect or non-conformity.

This restriction does not affect the customer’s rights in cases of manufacturing defects or products delivered incorrectly compared to the confirmed order.

10. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers residing within the European Union may have the right to withdraw from eligible purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable legislation.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made products manufactured according to customer specifications.

Customers wishing to exercise their withdrawal rights must contact ZENAERO before returning any product.

11. Returns and Refunds

Standard products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

For customers located in Italy, approved returns are free of charge.

For customers located outside Italy, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law or where the return results from a confirmed defect or an error attributable to ZENAERO.

Custom-made filters manufactured according to customer-supplied dimensions, specifications or configurations cannot be returned, cancelled, exchanged or refunded unless they are defective or supplied incorrectly by ZENAERO.

Customers must contact ZENAERO before returning any product and follow the instructions provided by our customer service team.

12. Legal Warranty

Products sold by ZENAERO are covered by the legal warranty provided under applicable legislation.

The warranty applies solely to manufacturing defects and non-conformities existing at the time of delivery.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, inadequate maintenance, normal wear and tear, improper storage or modifications made by the customer.

13. Product Compatibility

Customers are responsible for verifying product compatibility with their ventilation unit, MVHR system, heat recovery unit or other equipment.

ZENAERO shall not be liable for errors resulting from incorrect measurements, incorrect model identification, inaccurate information supplied by the customer or the selection of an unsuitable product.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZENAERO shall not be liable for additional direct or indirect costs arising from the use, installation, replacement, maintenance, removal, delay or unavailability of products.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Labour costs;
• Technician or contractor fees;
• Installation costs;
• Removal costs;
• Maintenance costs;
• Repair costs;
• Travel expenses;
• Loss of income;
• Business interruption;
• Equipment downtime;
• Time spent by the customer.

In any event, ZENAERO’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim.

15. Intellectual Property

All content available on the website, including text, images, photographs, graphics, trademarks, logos, technical documentation and multimedia materials, is protected by intellectual property laws.

Reproduction, distribution, modification or use of website content without prior written authorization from ZENAERO is prohibited.

16. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

17. Changes to these Terms

ZENAERO reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated versions become effective upon publication on the website.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Italian law.

Any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction provided by applicable legislation.
