Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how ZENAERO S.R.L. processes, ships and delivers orders placed through our website, including standard filters, replacement filters and custom-made products.

1. Shipping Destinations

ZENAERO may deliver products within Italy and selected European countries.

Available delivery destinations may change over time and will be shown during the checkout process or provided separately in a quotation.

2. Shipping Costs

A standard shipping fee of €5.00 applies to most orders below €50.00.

Orders with a total value of €50.00 or more generally qualify for free standard shipping.

For oversized, heavy, palletized, high-volume, custom-manufactured or special-order products, shipping costs may differ from standard shipping rates.

Where different or additional shipping charges apply, the applicable delivery cost will be displayed during the checkout process or provided separately as part of a quotation before the order is confirmed.

ZENAERO reserves the right to select the most appropriate shipping method based on product dimensions, weight, order volume, destination and logistical requirements.

3. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed during normal business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, supplier availability, production requirements and seasonal demand.

Custom-made filters or products manufactured according to customer specifications may require additional production time before dispatch.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times shown on the website or communicated to the customer are estimates only.

Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier operations, weather conditions, customs procedures, public holidays, supplier delays, strikes or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Estimated delivery dates do not constitute guaranteed delivery commitments unless expressly confirmed in writing by ZENAERO.

5. Delivery Address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete, accurate and accessible delivery address during checkout or when requesting a quotation.

ZENAERO is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated delivery information provided by the customer.

If an order must be resent due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attributable to the customer, additional shipping costs may apply.

6. Delivery and Transfer of Responsibility

The customer, or a person authorized by the customer, must be available to receive the delivery at the address provided.

Upon delivery, the customer should check the external condition of the package before accepting it whenever possible.

Risk of loss, damage or deterioration of the products transfers to the customer when the order is delivered to the address specified in the order.

Once the carrier confirms delivery, responsibility for the products passes to the customer, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

7. Failed Delivery or Refused Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to absence of the recipient, refusal of delivery, incorrect address, inaccessible location or other reasons attributable to the customer, the order may be returned to ZENAERO or held by the carrier.

In such cases, ZENAERO may charge the customer for additional delivery, storage, return or reshipment costs.

Refusal of delivery does not automatically cancel the order or entitle the customer to a full refund, especially in the case of custom-made products.

8. Damaged Packages

If a package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, the customer should, where possible, report the issue immediately to the carrier and accept the delivery with reservation or follow the carrier’s damage reporting procedure.

The customer should contact ZENAERO as soon as possible and provide photographs of the damaged package, shipping label and product condition.

Failure to report visible transport damage promptly may make it more difficult to verify the claim with the carrier.

9. Missing, Incorrect or Incomplete Items

If an order arrives incomplete, incorrect or substantially different from the confirmed order, the customer should contact ZENAERO within a reasonable time after delivery.

ZENAERO may request photographs, order details or additional information in order to verify the issue.

Where the issue is confirmed, ZENAERO will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law, which may include replacement, correction, reshipment or refund.

10. Custom-Made and Special-Order Products

Custom-made filters and special-order products may require additional time for production, preparation and dispatch.

Delivery estimates for such products begin after the order details, technical specifications, dimensions and payment conditions have been confirmed.

Because these products may be manufactured specifically for the customer, failed delivery or refusal of delivery does not remove the customer’s obligation to pay for the order, unless otherwise required by law.

11. Large, Heavy or High-Volume Orders

Orders containing large quantities, oversized filters, heavy products or goods requiring special handling may be subject to separate shipping conditions.

In such cases, shipping costs, delivery method and estimated delivery time may be provided separately as part of a quotation or shown during checkout.

ZENAERO may contact the customer before confirming the order if additional logistics information is required.

12. Force Majeure

ZENAERO shall not be responsible for delays, non-delivery or delivery disruptions caused by events outside its reasonable control.

Such events may include strikes, carrier disruptions, natural disasters, severe weather, supplier shortages, customs delays, transport interruptions, government actions, war, pandemics or other force majeure circumstances.
